Our Farm
Our animals enjoy the best of times on our  family farm in Carnmore, not far from  the banks of Lough Erne.
All cattle on the farm are hand-picked and reared on the farm and locally. Our herd includes a mix of breeds including aberdeen angus, hereford, limousin. All animals are fed and then brought to slaughter locally.
The animal then returns to the shop were it is hung for 21 days. It is then cut and freshly prepared for our customers.
